Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been shipped and handed over to the carrier.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Wrong Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing an order.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for lost packages or delays. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
